List of Required Documents:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 MI-T Application Form<\/strong> (hand-signed)<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Scanned copy of passport<\/strong> (all pages)<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Proof of legal entry into Spain<\/strong> (stamp or entry declaration)<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Criminal record certificate<\/strong> (apostilled + sworn translation)<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Declaration of no criminal offenses<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Paid fee (Tasa 790-038, \u20ac73.26)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Employment contract<\/strong> with sworn translation, signed at least 3 months before applying for the Nomad Visa<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Certificate from the company registry<\/strong> confirming that the employer\u2019s company has existed for more than 1 year (apostille + sworn translation required)<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Letter from the employer<\/strong> authorizing remote work from Spain (free translation into Spanish)<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Diploma in your profession<\/strong> (preferably apostilled) or documents proving at least 3 years of relevant work experience (old contracts, employer reference letters). All must have a sworn translation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Resume (CV) in Spanish<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Certificate of departure from the Social Security Fund<\/strong> for employees, or a declaration of intent to register with Spanish Social Security for self-employed\/contractors\/freelancers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Bank statement showing income for the last 3 months<\/strong> (can be provided in English)<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Health insurance from a Spanish company<\/strong> with \u201csin copagos, sin carencias\u201d conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Key Updates:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 As of January 1, 2025<\/strong>, the minimum income requirement<\/strong> has increased to \u20ac2,800 per month<\/strong> for the main applicant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Freelancers\/self-employed applicants<\/strong> are sometimes required to provide the last 3 invoices<\/strong>, while employees<\/strong> may need to submit recent payslips<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Health insurance is not mandatory<\/strong> for freelancers\/self-employed applicants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 If you are self-employed, it is recommended to include your business registration certificate<\/strong> with a regular (non-sworn) translation into Spanish<\/strong>.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" We have updated the list of required documents, translations, and apostilles in accordance with the latest additions from UGE.
